After a pair of 17 milers where my average HR was 100 bpm and this run where I felt my HR was unusually low for the effort, perhaps my heart's slowing down before stopping. // 5(!!) x 15 eccentric drops. Really no problem with them. Need to find some weight to add now. 4 x strides and 2.5 minutes of barefoot running in the meadow after the run.
