Decent run this morning. Legs had a little trouble getting going, and I think only part of that was the road conditions. Roads were in generally decent shape, the big roads were certainly clear, but lacked any real shoulder. The smaller roads were decent, some patches of ice, but I expected that. Popped by Freeze Your Buns to say hello, but couldn't stick around too long since I'm climbing at 10:30. Already at 70 on the week, but I'll go back out for another 3-4 later for my 10 mile day, and to assist in the 20,000 steps.
