This was a very controlled run, I was paying close attention to my right leg (calf and Achilles). Overall, I think because I’m back in my strength and conditioning routine, I’m able to build up my run volume again.
Even with an early start the temperature was high but not as significant as the humidity… I could tell when I was warmed up because my heart rate wanted to go up even with a slower pace and the dogs slowed down too.
