12 MINUTE SERGEANTLAW! ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED!

In little over 2 weeks I have managed my 2 goals for the year; a 3 minute golf club climb and a 12 minute SL! BOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMM!

And I would like to add... the 12 minute SL was ALL me. There was ZERO wind today. No tailwaind whatsoever. That was just pain. AND I had a bag with running kit in it... AND I am a bit heavier than normal...

With a wee windy boost, normal weight and no bag, well, there is more to come...
