After my last ride, which was pants, I was expecting much as I'd just had breakfast and wasn't feeling the love. Then I went out and had a brilliant time, once I'd got the first 5 miles over, as they just lied about how rubbish it was to ride on a nice day. Stopped at a pub in Upwell where the lovely staff topped my water bottle up for me. Only had the one was was only expecting a 10 miler.

I passed the odd summerhouse and a lonely looking Sprayasaurus. Only a baby one, no sign of it's parents. Endless blue skies. Lots of bikes out today. Got scalped by everyone but I didn't care as I have a nicer bike than them. So there.
A man suggested that I upgraded PeeBee to STI gears. I told him to wash his mouth out with soap for suggesting such a heinous thing. He looked very young, probably never ridden a bike with friction shifters on the downtube. Poor thing.
