Birthday treat 🎈

Caught between squeezing a session in after work and getting a bit more time with the kids. 

The decision was made a lot easier by feeling pretty knackered. So sacked off the planned session (3*Beeley) in favour of 1 hard effort.

Justified the laziness off not doing my planned session as its only the same as doing a 3k running race  

Need to accept that I’m an old man now and I can’t train as hard on my 10day work stints..sad times
