Climbing legs felt tired the whole day,  especially the back half, probably from high training volume and lack of sleep. Downhill legs, however, felt good the whole day, thanks maybe to the new Speedgoat 2's. Appetite dropped and nausea kicked in the last hour which was kind of frustrating and mysterious. Water intake dropped off but didn't really feel like drinking. Anyway, very tiring day!
