Legs are fatigued from yesterday's weight training as are the triceps from dips. Second consecutive ride day where I’m dropping boys who either can’t keep up while riding into the headwind or are riding unsafely. Rushing home for FedEx and UPS deliveries so no River Road today.

Knee still hurts and so does lower back under hard riding.
