Never have I attended such a well run ride as the Tour de Big Bear! Ride went very well... stayed within my zone and didn’t surge knowing that the race was long I wanted to have enough in the tank for a kick... the only negative was experiencing the worst cramps I have ever had... I’ve never had cramps on a bike before but I literally yelled in pain and startled the shit out of the group I was riding with around mile 95.... had to unclip and stretch my leg for a minute... the last 30 miles I was super conscious about my legs seizing up so I changed my pedal rotation to stretch it more... 

All in all one of the best days of the year biking wise!!!!!!
