Afternoon Ride

Wind out of the east at 5-10 mph. Got a flat 30 miles in on some not so smooth Knox County road. Only had enough CO2 to fill up to about 60-70 psi, so we went to Rick Millers in Utica where he let me use a pump and let us refill our waterbottles. Then we stopped at Watts in Utica to eat; delicious food. The rest of the way home we had a tailwind but it was fast & painful.
