Afternoon Run

my right ear has been "clogged" slightly for a little over a week.. just figured it's some ear wax stuff etc. so I get some ear wax drops, drop a few in as directed, then my right ear goes "deaf". hearing came back slightly but it's still wrecked.

i still think it's only ear wax.. i think the drops made the ear wax shift into a worse spot or something.

this run today was an attempt to see if it could help my ear.. fail. no change. not a great sign hehe.

didn't plan on running today - potential race tomorrow (might not tho, right ear messed up) ... that spike in my data is me running (5:29 min/mi haha) from bees/wasps, they got some stings in - on the back of my head lol.
