Chasing orange flashing lights into the night with your club mates. An example of British club running at it’s best. 

Head wind the whole way, but really happy with that. Didn’t feel as fucked as last time. 

Food

2 x Maurten 320s in 500ml water. (78g carbs each)
4 x jelly babies (20g carbs)

Total of 176g of carbs over 2 hours. Also good. 

Precision Hydration 1500 before and after.
