Attempted restart

Walk/Jog after 2 days of complete knock out

Recovery walk. Flu got me.

2km warm up. 4km at 4:15min/km, 4km at  3:45min/km. 2km cool down

That was some kind of day. Was a bit stressful at work, then I went to relieve some stress on the bike... 
I decided to do an extra 2km loop and rode passed home. That was the mistake. 
A car turned and I went straight into the car at about 45km/h. I never flew that long. It was rather amazing to have that much airtime. 
I hit the car and then everything went silent. I saw the ground twice below me but never fell on the ground. Felt like ages in the air. 
Amazingly not much happened to me. Even after flaying 20m through the air. 
A few scrapes and bruises but i am ok. Not so the bike. 
Frame broken in two places and stem broken right through too. 
Paramedics and police.... but all good. Damn, what a day. 

Was für ein Tag. Erst etwas stressig bei der Arbeit, dann Stressabbau auf dem Rad. 
Soviel dazu.
Mit 45km/h gegen das abbiegende Auto, beim REWE in Kenzingen. Der Aufprall war laut, dann Ruhe in der Luft. Hab den Boden 2x unter mir gesehen, bin aber erst nach der 3. Umdrehungen aufgekommen. Bin mindestens 20m geflogen. Wahnsinns Erlebnis. 
Mir geht es soweit gut bis auf ein paar Prellungen und Schürfwunden. Dem Rad geht es anders. Rahmen an zwei Stellen gebrochen... Vorbau auch komplett durch. Krasse Sache. So viel Glück im Unglück. Naja... 
Notarzt und Polizei mal wieder aber es geht mir gut. Kein Grund zur Unruhe.
