To quote Jono: “we’ve never bad a bad Greenpoint session”, and we kept that streak up. Pretty good session, decided late last night to do it in the morning due to hectic wind forecast for anything after 10am. If we began session 15-20min late I don’t think it would of happened as wind was picking up rapidly. Not in my sharpest form, a bit centrally fatigued due to lack of sleep from early morning commitments (and lack of discipline from my part). Lack of sleep for me being 6:30-7:00hrs for 3-4 days (as opposed to a normal 8hr or more). Sleep is literally NB for performance...
Nice to get shit done with Jono though, first km we were chatting/joking quite a bit keeping good spirits as we transitioned into a more serious state. Then to keep traditions alive we ended off with a smoothie!
