Part of the reason for doing this experiment is to show how random our body can respond to running. I took out the first part of this run (or at least felt like I did) harder than normal. It ends up it was slower than yesterday's run for the first half even though it felt faster. I know a great deal of this had to do with the weather but it is still amazing to me how it can differ so much between what you think it is and what it is.
