Same time I ran in 2016 but on different course. 3rd overall behind Adam H and Jeff C. Weather was good but course has some icy spots and lots of zig zagging through other participants for last 3/4 loops.  3:19/k average pace with 3:09/k final kilometer means I underestimated my kick and should have went sooner and could have dipped under 43. The extra 200m from not being able to run the tangents cost me ~40 seconds as well.
