50:54 up, 26:44 down, 1:17:38 total.

Happy with everything but my descent of Shadow. Despite spikes, the sections of bulletproof ice freaked me tf out.  Felt good though and I made up for it by being really solid everywhere else.  I give myself a B on spike transitions, as I had to adjust them slightly at the summit and dropped one soon after I took them off for the bomb down Mesa.
Feeling good though and I'd like to think this effort is sustainable through Friday.  Biking to the TH was a perfect warm-up and cool-down.
