bananas!!

About a half mile in I came flying around this turn. The sun was in my eyes so I didn't see the tree down across the trail right at head height. Took it straight to the head at full speed. I should have been knocked out, honestly. Timidly ran till close to 3 and then my neck and head started hurting. Walk/jog of shame the last 2 which truly is a shame since this is the best conditions I've ever seen out there. Might have to go back tomorrow.
