MBR's 23rd Nov. A good day out. Very good turnout. 17 in one group and about 8-10 in the other. Lily B over from Nelson. Hutch first bunch ride since Source to Sea. Kate H out plus Caroline McCarthy and Ryan Lock (biking in Samoa recently). Also Lindsay Parkington - first time for a while. Excelent conditions - coolish with a tailwind up and headwind back. Eric George fell off an the way up and started solo behind us on the way back. Deano and I went back for him after a while when it was clear second group wasn't anywhere to be seen (had turned earlier) It was a good call to go back - I think Eric hit the wall about Renwick.  He would have been out a long time on his own and would not have enjoyed it. Picked up Rob Dunn - blown tyre enroute.  Good crew back for coffee at Cornerstone.
