Father inlaws funeral  Monday gone , Next day Dad had suspected Heart attack in Singapore. had checks,flying home the next few days. So throught go out to clear my head, front spoke broke,

S WORkS back together was easy to be fair . Quick B&Q trip traffic was a joke good job for the bike

going to make Bedge the place to go deep in the red once a week , Great way to get the fitness up, rigid over there is hard but fun . People get what they want from sport . I like pushing myself to death - some people like throwing them selves of stuff - some like swanning around - some love the social - some love the fresh air - its all good :-)
