Riding with old friends is a beautiful  thing. We've done so many thousands of miles together that we anticipate each other's moves. The act of riding the bike becomes unconscious as our other senses are able to fully engage. I always cherish these rides the most, because they are more than just another sweaty workout. They are more than exploration. They are the indispensable ingredient which cements the  friendships that are most precious to me.
