Fastest Known Time or FKT is a world wide personal achievement attempt that records FKTs on any given route. These are more often long in distance & incorporates running, hiking & cycling. Think if it like the Gunniss book of records for athletes. My record time today is open to be challenged & whole heartily welcome someone to beat it. Rules tho - It must be solo meaning on your own, no drafting, no outside help & you must carry all you require for the entire trip ( no hiding stuff in bushes ) official times recorded here on Strava.
