Quick run before lunch

bodged an 11-42 10 speed cassette onto my bike. 8-speed front ring, 9 speed derailleur, rather a short 10-speed chain, and I can't get 10th gear because of chainline issues. Had to bodge the "b" screw, too!
42 gear very handy - I can do all the climbs seated now ;-)
Took a flask of hot chocolate and a flask of tea with me, and a couple of pasties.
Feet got very wet :-( but the new shoe covers kept them warm, at least.
Did a bonus climb near the end, just to celebrate my great new gears!
