Solid 21.5km with plenty of hills and 5 CRs (4 new ones)

Found a huge group of bats at Parramatta park who were very noisy, I thought they were nocturnal. 
Legs didn't feel sore at all. Just a bit of soreness in one of the tendons in my foot which went away a few kilometres into the run.

Very easy 8km all through parks/along the river- quite a nice run- missed out on a CR I was aiming for because I got the wrong start point so created a new one which I have at this stage
