Official round trip time: 5:25:23. First mile was way slower than I wanted because I was Starting to cramp. The wet rocks and mud made the technical descents so slow and difficult. At one point I slipped and fell forward into a rock that hit me right on the left side of my crest. My left lung hurts when I breathe deeply. Started to pour the last 4 miles which are straight downhill. It was beautiful. I felt so alive.
