What an amazing event with positive and inspiring people. So many reasons to smile.
First half, the majority w/ Stephen went great, mostly. Legs stopped working real well at half way. Getting to the Sombra mezcal at the finish became a serious grind. Running scared, walking, cramping, stretching, stopping to drink and crack my back, counting down the miles to the next aid and to the finish. Hanging on barely. Relentless AF. I’d do it again. 😂
