He crushed Super Potters and we covered everything important; seat height seat tilt tire pressure cadence cross chaining how to shift the front and rear to maintain cadence hand positions when to use hand positions $1 day old pastries at 12 100 how to drink an espresso and bitch about the lack of bubbly water countersteering and drafting! Moved his seat back a little after the ride and he needs a new stem. I even told him my favorite way to piss off roadies; wear ankle socks =)
