Reigning King of Glenrock! 
Awesome and tough run, went out at a moderate pace for the first 6km knowing how brutal the start of the run is. Was in 5th place with Scotty Baker then picked a few off to Scout camp. By 11km was running as 2nd/3rd with Rob Bennett along Dudley Beach and catching 1st. Ran with 1st from 14-16km then brought it home strong from 16km to take the win. 
Was a good day of mental patience.
