The 90 degree temperatures and 100% humidity just destroyed me.  Managed to avoid heat stroke at mile 29 but the most severe cramping of my life. Wasn’t able to walk for nearly an hour. I’ve never suffered like this. Sucked it up and pushed 8 more hours. Huge thank you to Caleb for the genius idea over beers earlier this month and the company on the run.  

Trans-continent FKT. Ran roughly the route of the Panama Canal but several miles east. 14:12 official time. Watch died 41 minutes before touching the Atlantic. Will use Caleb’s GPS track and my Spot track for verification.
