Very interesting ride with a good start . climbed the shiradi monster of 39 kms ( 900 mtr elevation difference ) easily . with 200 kms to go the rear detailer cable breaks ! So decided to ride the rest of journey in single gear ( 39- 12 gear ratio) . another thirty kms a spoke broke and rim got bent ! Released the brake and continued . the most difficult part of the ride was 40 kms of uphill from kunigal to solur in single speed ! But the rest of the ride was good . also got an orange from friendly villager on motor bike in the night
