 a good warm-up and stretch after not riding for almost a week.  Feels good.  I am glad I took my Greens (drink which consists of a bunch of vegetable and fruit servings with magnesium, potassium, and some B vitamin made by It Works Global).

I can feel the circulation in my feet which is good since I am a type two diabetic (my sugars are almost where I want them so I can cut my insulin some more).
