Morning Run, 125k for the week

Felt good, run with Alex and other guy till about half way, which we did at around 15min pace, then I moved ahead a bit, but pace dropped a bit. Winner (another vegan guy) jumped ahead from the started and kept it till the end. Run with 4% shoes, so some improvement could be due to the shoes, 1s slower than at Dulwich in Dec; Nevertheless felt strong and at Dulwich probably could have done 15.05 or thereabouts today. Shame I cant run Vitality 10k on Mon, Would have given a go at 31min.

67kg and 10.3% BF in the morning.
