Tried to pedal hard and do a heaps up beat 20minâers, but it wasnât my day and the bpm didnât go upâŚâŚâŚâŚâŚâŚâŚ..
Heaps good Saturday sunshine spin, only the one upbeat Tempo kinda effort- 1hr20 134beats of pedaling
Tough gig, the hard pedaling part at the start was tough and the Z2 pedaling at the end was tough too- 5x70sec 420wâers 2min reco and then 46min 236w pedaling
