This treadmill couldn't cope with >12km/h. So did 6x 3mins at 13% incline

Goa beach night run

A ride that started really badly after crashing on the first turn of the course! Lost 10-15seconds, but re-aligned handle-bars and got back on. Then was almost 3 laps of solo effort to catch up the lead duo including commonwealth pro Liam Lloyd. Then it was 2 up with Lloyd to hold a chase pack of 20 riders at enough distance to stay away on the run. Great fun pulling your heroes round the bike course! He then dispatched me on the run (obviously), but I managed to hold on for the win in the U24s!
