Beautiful day, back at it during lunch with Mike and Tom.  My initial thought was that I would have to take it slow today given my long run was yesterday...  But then again the Three Amigos got the better of me.  Up hill was a steady effort, not too hard, then we got started down hill and Mike and I basically went all out.  I thought for sure Mike would blow right past me, so I couldn't rest.  I swear it was Tom's fault, he didn't even try to stop us!  :-)
