100mile cyclo-cross ride along the South Downs. Bumpy like I never thought possible and hot as hell on the climbs. 
A couple of punctures, a non functioning front mech,  lost 4 bottles on the descents and had to stop a few times to sort bars/stem (The bars kept turning in the stem on the really rough stuff). 

Apart from all that, it was splendid day out 👍😁
