Time trial effort after a big week, thrilled with the result. Took almost 3 minutes off of my ascent PR and 5 off of the round trip. Conditions are drying out, not sure if this trail ever gets really dry. Beautiful fresh air, got a much later start than I wanted, so I hit the crowds pretty good but the hikers there are always super nice. Went hummingbird style with no breakfast and just a gel with a lot of water after my warm-up. Nice to run into Nick towards the bottom.
