The Sutter Double again with a new PR. Last time I did this ride in December I did it in 4:20 with an 17.9 agv. This time around I did it in 3:49 with an 20.7 avg.

The first 2hr15min/17.5 avg/ 38 miles/ 172 avg power. Doing a recovery ride 2 days ago helped.
