Boozed very hard last night.  Stowaway for breakfast and then ice cream for lunch.  Out to Apex Park in the afternoon (rec from co worker Shelley).  Took the Apex Trail all the way out, detour on Enchanted Forest on the way back.  Stopped for a rattle snake just after 5.  Ran the last mile with Gunnar, first mile I've run with someone in a week.  Technical single track ascent on the way out, slightly less technical and descending on the way back.  Great run, 10/10 will come back.  Grinding the way out, smooth on the way back, starting to feel some fitness in these old bones.
