Long with Tempo Blocks

Ran & hiked the official long distance walk of our national park "Hoge Kempen". 
Goal was to do it completely unsupported (no external help, no dropbags,...). This meant I had to carry 3,5l of water with me. Final weight of my backpack was 4,2 kg.

Run went ok, felt good for first 50k. After that the heat started to get to me. My 3,5l prooved barely enough, but made it without external support :)


Awesome and beautifully route, pretty flat but quite some sand roads which can be tough. +90% of the route was trail (what I loved)!
