Set off with just water as forgot to take Carb drink and Isotonic on hols.  Garmin playing silly buggers running two routes at once and sending me all over the show, so gave up. Used Google to get back to the coast and went from memory.  Then picked up NCN5, but inadvertently picked it up heading back towards Prestatyn, so did a nice loop (big fucking hill) up towards Halkyn, finally realised mistake, used Google again to get me back to the coast again, and landed about a mile back from where I went wrong Got cramp on the River.  A PR behind a tractor in Bretton and then my battery died so I wasn't sure it'd even pick it up.
