Nice breakfast in our best stay yet then it was a short run on roads back to the canal. Very rough tow path, so we tried the road for a while, but traffic was scary fast and a bit too close at times, so we went back on the towpath. Lots of cyclists going the other way! What do they know, we don’t? Stopped for lunch at Trèbes. We were there about 6 years ago and there was one café by the marina. Now there are several. Easy run the rest of the way, bar the short, sharp climbs at some double locks. Nice studio apartment and we managed to get the bike in.
