Two lots of 5x3mins FTP [3mins L2ish], 10mins SS, 3mins max effort. Stay in aero you pussy!! Second lot 5x3mins ended up being a hill climb sufferfest without the recoveries - wrong turn!!! That was def. not in aero!!
