Felt strong as hell on this run and crushed my old PRs on this route. On the descent down to Buttermilk Falls I kicked a rock and took a nice fall, quickly hopped back up and finished strong. Once I hit the road and rounded out the run to an even 20 I noticed my toe hurt really bad. Its very swollen and its difficult to walk, is it broken? Going through RICE motions and put it in a splint, seems like ill be taking some time off for now.
