Always nice ride down to the coast and along the beach 🤙
Still feeling a little tired from the lurgy but great to be out on the bike regardless 😂
First ride out in nearly 2 weeks after the dreaded lergy. Finished early rain stopped play
Afternoon walk at sunset with me mum along the coast
Trying to avoid most of the mud and even enjoyed a couple of hills ☯️
