If someone told me that I could only ever run in Rancho for the rest of my life I would be the happiest person.
Everyone thing is super lush and green. The smells are unreal! Everything is in bloom and just so fragrant. I suppose my nose got used to smelling trash and urine that flowers are unfamiliar haha. At any rate, I'm so happy to be back home, even if it's just for a short time. 
Sometimes running can be a real stresser for me, I started out this run sort of stressed out. I was worried that coming home with affect my training and that running in the hills for a couple of days will be bad. At the end of the run all of that negative energy was completely gone. I was reminded how amazing it is to just get out there and move, enjoy being outside, and push my body a little bit. Speaking of that, I probably pushed myself a little bit too hard up some of the hills. The grade adjusted pace (GAP) are pretty hilarious on some of the splits.
