Legs didn’t like the hard efforts again to start the week……………… 2x3min 386w+’ish and then 42min of 252w pedaling
Tried to pedal hard and do a heaps up beat 20min’ers, but it wasn’t my day and the bpm didn’t go up…………………..
Heaps good Saturday sunshine spin, only the one upbeat Tempo kinda effort- 1hr20 134beats of pedaling
Tough gig, the hard pedaling part at the start was tough and the Z2 pedaling at the end was tough too- 5x70sec 420w’ers 2min reco and then 46min 236w pedaling
