Goal was a 2mile WU, 4mile tempo @ 5:35-5:40, 2mile CD

Headed out to ICG for the warm up and by the time I got to 2miles, I needed to find a bathroom ASAP. Unfortunately, I had to slowly and carefully jog a mile to the bathroom. My stomach still wasn't feeling the best, so I figured I would cut the workout down to 3miles instead of 4. Headed south on the greenway and felt decent for the first 2miles, but I almost busted it at the hairpin turn since it was still wet out. After that, the last mile felt harder than it should have.

Regardless, 17:23 for 5k solo in trainers on a morning when I wasn't feeling great isn't too shabby.

Tempo splits: 5:35, 5:37, 5:38
