Just 3 KMs on the home dumb elliptical to get my breathing going and my legs moving. 11 minutes of relaxation 😁 Set a goal for the year of 250 km on the elliptical. Just 5 km a week to keep the legs moving. 🖕MND

Gorgeous summer 🏝️🌞 day 😁 Perfect for an eBike 💫✨⚡🔌🚲🤩 ride along the coast to Glenelg and back! Loads of people enjoying the 🏖️⛱️⛵. Big group of windsurfers at Seacliff Yacht Club; looked like a group lesson. 🖕MND
