Plan worked: find someone going at around 7'10"/mi and stick to them. Then either overtake or let them go.

Nutrition (for future reference):































































Eve: 1x peanut butter and banana cinnamon bagel, 2x plain bagels with quinoa, 1x peanut butter, jam and banana cinnamon bagel, 250g wholewheat fusilli with sundried tomato pesto (having had the other 250g on the Friday)































































Race morning: a Nesquik box's worth of granola (half Tesco Tropical Fruits, half Quaker Oats) at 5:25; peanut butter, jam and banana bagel at 6:20, one cup of coffee.































AND IT WAS 26.2!!! (and therefore 7'13"/mi. Ish.)
